P20 wont connect, screen goes black

We have about 90 P20s, all connecting to the same pool, through the same broker. Every 1..5-2 weeks, several of them wont connect. User logs in, the screen goes black, then it boots them back to the log in.
I tried changing it to a different broker, without success.

Did you ever find a Fix for this? we are having a similar problem.
